Combination Brows Aftercare Instructions

Proper aftercare is important to support healing and help your Combination Brows settle evenly. Please follow the instructions provided by Lilac Beauty after your treatment.

  • Avoid prolonged soaking, steam and excessive moisture around the brow area during the initial healing period.
  • Avoid swimming, saunas, spas and jacuzzis for approximately 10–14 days.
  • Limit heavy exercise and excessive sweating during the first few days after treatment.
  • Do not touch, scratch, rub or pick any flaking or scabbing. Allow the skin to shed naturally.
  • Avoid applying makeup directly over the healing brow area until the skin has settled.
  • Do not use retinol, acids, exfoliants or scrubs directly on or around the healing brows.
  • Follow any product or aftercare instructions provided by your artist.
  • Avoid unnecessary sun exposure while the brows are healing.

What to Expect During Healing

Your brows may appear darker and more defined during the first few days. Mild flaking and temporary patchiness or fading can occur as the skin heals. This is a normal part of the healing process.

Initial surface healing usually takes around 10–14 days. The colour and overall healed result are best assessed approximately 4–6 weeks after treatment.

When to Contact a Medical Professional

Seek medical advice if you experience increasing or spreading redness, severe or worsening pain, pus or unusual discharge, fever, or significant swelling.

Combination Brows Touch-Up

An initial touch-up is usually recommended around 4–6 weeks after your first treatment. This allows the healed result and pigment retention to be assessed and refined where needed.
