Ombre Powder Brows are a semi-permanent cosmetic brow treatment created with a shading technique rather than individual hair strokes. Pigment is gradually built through the brow to create a softer appearance at the front and more definition through the body and tail. The result can be customised from subtle and natural-looking to more defined, while maintaining a smooth powdery finish.
Our Ombre Brows treatment includes consultation, brow design and the initial
shading treatment. Each appointment is customised to your features, skin type and preferred brow finish.

Book your Ombre Brows appointment at Lilac Beauty in Rosebery, Sydney. Your appointment includes consultation and brow design before your treatment, so the shape, colour and finish can be tailored to you.
Book NowYour Ombre Brows appointment is scheduled for approximately two hours and includes consultation, brow design, preparation and treatment. Here is what to expect during your appointment at Lilac Beauty.
Your appointment begins with a consultation to discuss your preferred brow shape, level of definition and overall result. We then design the brows with your facial features, symmetry and existing brow shape in mind.
We select a pigment colour to complement your brows and desired result. The treatment area is prepared and topical numbing is used to help keep you comfortable during the procedure.
Pigment is applied using a controlled shading technique to build a soft, powdery finish. The front of the brow is kept softer while additional definition can be created through the body and tail.
After your treatment, we explain how to care for your brows during healing. Initial healing usually takes around 7–14 days, while the healed colour and overall result are best assessed after approximately 4–6 weeks.

With more than 15 years in the beauty industry, Laleh brings a personalised and thoughtful approach to every treatment, with careful attention to each client’s features, skin and desired result.
Meet LalehOmbre Brows can be customised for a wide range of brow styles, from soft and natural-looking definition to a more polished powder finish. The technique is suitable for all skin types and is particularly useful for clients with oily or combination skin.
Because Ombre Brows use shading rather than individual hair strokes, pigment retention and definition can be more predictable on oily skin than traditional Microblading. The most suitable technique still depends on your skin, existing brows and the type of result you would like to achieve.
Ombre and Powder Brows typically last around 1–3 years. Longevity varies
between clients and can be influenced by skin type, lifestyle, sun
exposure, aftercare and ongoing maintenance.
Cosmetic brow pigment gradually fades over time, so the timing of any
future refresh will depend on how your individual skin retains the pigment
and how your brows change as they fade.
Initial healing after Ombre Brows usually takes around 7–14 days. During
the first part of the healing process, the brows can appear darker or more
intense than the final result before gradually softening.
The colour and overall healed result are best assessed after approximately
4–6 weeks. Following your aftercare instructions is important because
healing and pigment retention can vary between clients.
An initial touch-up is usually recommended around 4–8 weeks after your first Ombre Brows appointment. This allows the healed colour and shape to be assessed after the initial healing period.
The touch-up is not included in the initial Ombre Brows treatment price and is booked and charged separately.
If you have previously had eyebrow tattooing, Microblading, Nanoblading or another form of permanent or semi-permanent brow makeup, please let us know before booking your Ombre Brows treatment.
Whether a new treatment can be performed depends on the colour, density and condition of the existing pigment. In some cases an assessment, correction or removal may be recommended before further brow tattooing.
Lilac Beauty offers Ombre and Powder Brows at our studio at 423 Gardeners Road, Rosebery NSW 2018. Your initial appointment is scheduled for approximately two hours and includes consultation, brow design and the Ombre shading treatment.
Before treatment, we discuss your preferred shape, colour and level of definition so the finished brows can be customised to your features and desired result.

Ombre Brows and Microblading can both add shape and definition to the brows, but they create the result in different ways. Ombre Brows use shading to produce a soft powder effect, while traditional Microblading creates individual hair-like strokes.
For clients with oily or combination skin, Ombre Brows can offer more predictable pigment retention and definition than traditional Microblading. If your priority is an individual hair-stroke appearance, Microblading or Nanoblading may be considered depending on your skin, existing brows and desired result.
